T5 OSRAM LUMILUX® Daylight
The turbo amongst the fluorescent tubes: T5.
Given the same length, T5 lamps produce fifty per cent more light than conventional fluorescent lamps - at a diameter of only 16 mm (.62 in.). Conventional lamps have a diameter of 26 mm (1.02 in.). Recommended for fresh water and salt water aquariums. Type FQ/860; colour temperature 6,000 K.

This fluorescent tube provides a natural, light white daylight (approx. 6,000 K), and is suitable for fresh-water and marine aquariums.

Blue fluorescent tube with low components of white light. For bright colours in fish and corals. Suitable for reef aquariums, Cichlid tanks or moonlight effects.

T12 PHILIPS Aqua Coral
Colour temperature > 15,000 K.
Fluorescent tubes are especially suitable for use in marine aquariums. Contrary to fluorescent tubes, which have a mixture of blue light with more or less white light components, these tubes stand out for their spectrum of between 380 and 480 nm, which results in a deep-blue light without any residual light components.
Tube diameter: 38 mm (1.5 in.).
