Please describe your problem as detailed as possible, and get in touch with us by email or facsimile. In case of uncomplicated repairs, we can send you spare parts or entire component parts very fast. If and when necessary, you can also make use of our repair service in the works.

When shipping a TUNZE® product, please include the completed repair form.
