Pumps with synchronous motor vary

Enquiry from Mr. Glaser / Germany

Do you also supply controls for pumps with synchronous motors (powerhead), i.e. with a frequency converter ? If yes, with what clock rate do they operate and what is the recommended sales price ?

Answer

We do not produce frequency controls for the operation of synchronous motors of general design because, on the one hand, such a unit would be especially expensive and, on the other hand, not every pump in aquarism would bear this control. Instead we supply the Turbelle electronic, which operates with a safety extra-low voltage (from 700 to 4000 l/hr) or the Turbelle classic 2002/4002 with Powertimer.
In general synchronous motor pumps can only be switched on and off nowadays !
