Can the Turbelle stream 6080 be controlled ?

Can the Turbelle stream 6080 be controlled ?

Question asked by Mr Echternkamp / Germany

I have a question on the pumps of the Turbelle stream 6080 series in your catalogue which does not indicate which type of motor drive is used. My question now is as follows: Can I control these pumps by means of an IKS computer, and can I set the revolutions ?

Reply

Turbelle stream 6080 as well as 6060 is operated by a synchronous motor, and thus the revolutions cannot be set. In your case you should rather opt for a Turbelle stream 6100 or 6000, which are operated by an electronic motor. The 230 V input of the pump transformer is plugged directly to the output of the IKS computer. The speed of the pump can then be controlled like in any other Turbelle electronic.
