Turbelle electronic motor blocks

Turbelle electronic motor blocks

Question asked by Mr Schmidt / Germany

I have the following question: I have been offered two Turbelle electronic 7410/2 kits (new value parts). However, one Turbelle holds the article designation 7240/2, and the other one does not have a type plate, but both housings have the figures 722 embossed. Unfortunately I cannot find any Turbelle with this designation on your web page. I kindly ask you to inform me which Turbelle these units are. How do I recognise a Turbelle (without type plate) with an output of 4,000 l/h (1,056 US gal./h) ? Are these units of the latest model series or the previous one ?

Reply

• The number 7240/2 refers to the motor block of all Turbelle® electronic (7200/2, 7300/2, 7400/2). In pump kits, the transformer (round unit) only varies, producing a 2400, 3000 or 4000 l/h (634, 792 or 1,056 US gal./h) pump.

 Transformer 7210.202  634.01 US gal./h  7200/2
 Transformer 7310.302  792.52 US gal./h  7300/2
 Transformer 7410.602  1,056.69 US gal./h  7400/2

• All Turbelle designated “/2” are pumps of the new generation built after the year 2000, which have been fitted with a long-life drive.

• The figures “722” on the motor block are our production series number, and actually do not constitute a reference.
