Turbelle electronic and rapid action filter

Turbelle electronic and rapid action filter

Enquiry from Mr. Filafer / Austria

I have installed a circulation pump with filter in my basin.
Question:
(1) Can a filter medium be attached to a Turbelle electronic 7410P ?
(2) If I buy additionally to the aforementioned pump a Multicontroller, is it then possible to set off the control section of the pump with the Multicontroller or must I buy the Controller additionally and throw away the control section of the pump.

Answer

1) All Turbelle pumps are suitable for TUNZE rapid action filters. These top-class filters are quick-change filters with filter cartridges and automatic return stops, which prevent dirt escaping when they are lifted out. But you can also use other filter media, e.g. activated carbon or fine wadding. Art. No. of top filter: 820. For the Turbelle 741OP we recommend two filters 820 plugged together (in this way you have a larger surface at this water output)

2) The control section of the pump stays in any case. If you buy additionally a Multicontroller, it must be connected to the pump driver. Only the heads on the driver are out of action and must be set to "Off" and 100 %.
